Pokemon Legends: Z-A breathes new life into the series by moving its beloved turn-based fights into a real-time arena, delivering dynamic exchanges and fresh pacing. However, while the combat revamp mostly succeeds, the game’s visuals and overall polish can’t keep up.
Its environments feel drab and the menus and animations lack that trademark Pokémon shine, making the presentation one of its biggest hurdles.
