Metal Gear Solid Delta brings back the epic sniper duel with The End, a true test of patience, gadgets and guerrilla ingenuity that’ll have you creeping through the jungle for ages. But if you’re not into long-range hide-and-seek, there are two cheeky shortcuts: sneak up and off him pre-fight to snag the “Early End” trophy, or fiddle with your console’s system clock/settings to skip the encounter completely—both unlock an achievement without breaking a sweat.

If you do want a middle path, you can even hold The End at gunpoint and knock him out for bonus rewards without going full duel. Just know that by skipping or shortcutting you’ll miss out on that classic endurance-test thrill… and any parkour trophies tied to the traditional showdown.
