Metal Gear Solid Delta Post-Game TL;DR

Once the credits roll you aren’t done—Delta lets you jump into New Game Plus with all your gear, ranks and unlocks intact, plus tougher enemies and extra challenges. The guide also covers whether the world’s state shifts once you finish, like new dialogue, enemy placements and mission tweaks.
