Ken Levine’s next project, Judas, is a pure single-player throwback: you buy it once and you get the whole game, no microtransactions, live service or online bells and whistles. It plays like a spiritual cousin to BioShock, with guns, elemental powers and an off-kilter alternate-universe setting, all in service of a tightly told story.
Originally pencilled in for April 2025, Judas still doesn’t have a solid release date. Ghost Story Games has full faith in Levine’s vision, letting him skip modern monetisation trends and focus on delivering a complete, old-school adventure.
